Set in 1918 during the post-World War I economic boom, Gibsons Tavern serves as the prequel to the Gibsons brand—grounded in humble working-class roots and built as a welcoming social gathering spot for everyman and everywoman.

Featuring cathedral-vaulted ceilings and turn-of-the-century charm, it offers two distinct dining experiences under one roof, each with its own menu.

The space has grown to include an inviting porch, cozy private dining rooms, and a back dining room ringed with leather booths.
